UVB-fototherapie is een behandeling voor psoriasis die de oxidatieve fosfolipidenmodificaties in het celmembraan van de huid verhoogt. Het behandelen van psoriatische huidcellen met CBD verbeterde dit behandelingseffect. De auteurs merkten op dat “CBD een potentiële therapeutische waarde heeft bij de behandeling van psoriasis”.

Die UVB-Phototherapie ist eine Behandlung der Psoriasis, die die oxidativen Phospholipidmodifikationen in der Zellmembran der Haut erhöht. Die Behandlung psoriatischer Hautzellen mit CBD verbesserte diesen Behandlungseffekt. Die Autoren merkten an, dass “CBD einen potenziellen therapeutischen Wert bei der Behandlung von Psoriasis hat”.

Een studie onderzocht de antioxiderende eigenschappen van CBD en beoordeelde de effecten van de cannabinoïde op de vorming van zogenaamde extracellulaire neutrofielenvallen (NET). De onderzoekers ontdekten dat CBD deze vorming verminderde “voornamelijk in psoriatische neutrofielen, mogelijk vanwege de antioxiderende eigenschappen. De anti-NET-eigenschappen van CBD suggereren de gunstige effecten van CBD bij de behandeling van auto-immuunziekten.”
